Better Ballot Sacramento will be collecting petition signatures at Curtis Fest Artisan Fair, a community event put on by Sierra 2 Center for the Arts & Community and the Sierra Curtis Neighborhood Association with sponsorship from Councilmember Jennings and the Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates.
